For the comfort of Members and Associates, smoking of any type is not permitted inside any part of the Lodge at any time.

REFUNDS
Refunds in respect of cancellations will be made :
In full with 6 weeks' notice
At 30 % with 2 weeks' notice
No refunds will be given with less than 2 weeks' notice
NOTE THAT ALL REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AT THE END OF THE WINTER SEASON

BOOKINGS - TIME
Bookings are from 12 noon on the day of arrival to 10 am on the day of departure. Before noon but not before 9 am on the day of arrival, baggage and groceries may be left in the storeroom only.

PARKING
On arrival in Thredbo, members are asked to unload at Jack Adams Path. Bookings are from 12 noon on the day of arrival, to 10 am on the day of departure. If on the day of arrival you get to Thredbo after 9 am but before 12 noon, baggage and groceries may be left in the storeroom only. Until midday, no other area is to be used. (This includes fridge, cupboards etc).
Once unloaded, remember to park vehicles in the long term parking areas only, unless you are only staying one day. Don’t forget to leave your windscreen wipers up and use anti-freeze in the radiator in the winter months. Thredbo’s extensive overnight car parking has capacity for 2,000 cars. In winter during the day a free shuttle bus takes you from Friday Flat to Valley Terminal and around the village.
